Come experience some of this year\u2019s finest storytelling in virtual reality and meet the artists behind this cutting-edge medium. From an Oscar-nominated animated short (<strong>Pearl<\/strong>) to interactive re-enactments of historic battles (<strong>My Brother\u2019s Keeper<\/strong>) to cinematic dance on camera (<strong>Through You<\/strong>), this year\u2019s lineup showcases a diverse slate of the best in VR.<\/p>\n<p>Held at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, <strong>VR Days<\/strong> celebrates the great work coming out of the Bay Area and from around the world, with projects from Oculus, Google, New York Times VR, and more. Artists pushing the boundaries of the form will demystify the creative process of development through production, offering a deep dive into the shoot itself. The artists highlight the great work being shot on Nokia&#8217;s OZO Camera. You&#8217;ll leave inspired to make your own!<\/p>\n<p><em>Panelists: Csilla Kozma (Nokia), Sam Macaroni (VR maker)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>conVRsations: Digital Promise Global<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Tuesday, April 11 from 3:00\u20134:00 pm<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The 360 Filmmakers Challenge, directed by Digital Promise Global as part of the Oculus VR for Good initiative, is the only formal program in which students are invited to be creators of 360\u00b0 video content.
